The East River

This is a valid question whether the East River is a real river or not. Definitely this is not an estuary, as like the Hudson River. Experts point out that East River is rather a tidal channel, which means this is a part of the Bay protruding inside the land mass. The unusual strong current of this waterbody verifies this claim. So, as a resident of Roosevelt Island on the East River, this makes me happy that I am living on the Bay, rather than on a river.

Today, I was thinking of my past days.......time passes so fast........actually I wonder how I have come at this stage of life among so many things.......one valid question is, what is the ultimate goal of one's.....or more specifically, my life?

Life here in New York appears very monotonous sometimes......but where else this was intersting? Dhaka? not at all......I remember my Dhaka days were equally, if not more, tiring......what is wrong with me?

I am liking my job in the Mission to some extent......but still, so many things to do......but where is the time?
